2026 Aylmer Community Festival

What activities will be available at the 2026 Festival?

Activities in 2026 will be similar to last year, with the addition of recreational programming and a more centralized festival layout. Attendees can look forward to live music, family-friendly games, artisan and food vendors, and engaging community experiences—all designed to make the festival easier to navigate and even more fun for everyone!

When will vendor applications open for 2026?

Applications are open - Early Bird pricing runs until April 1! Find more information and application files on the 'Join Us' page.

Is this a free event?

Yes, Aylmer Community Festival is a free event. There is no tickets or admission needed to enjoy the music or activities. Vendors will also be on-site with food and merchandise available to purchase.

Can I bring my own lawn chair?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a lawn chair, blanket, or any other item to ensure your comfort and accommodate seating.

Is the venue pet friendly?

Yes, you can bring your furry friends, as long as the animal is on a leash. However, the event is popular, there will be young children and the live music can be loud so consider your pet's comfort in those environments.

Is the festival for all ages?

Yes, all ages are welcome to enjoy everything Aylmer Community Festival has to offer! Families won't want to miss  the Kid Zone in Balmoral Park.

Will there be a beer garden?

There will not be a beer garden for the 2026 Festival. Due to limited resources, we have chosen to pause this feature for this year in order to focus our efforts on growing and strengthening the overall festival experience. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and look forward to exploring expanded offerings, including a beer garden, in future years.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

NO, please do not bring any alcoholic drinks with you on-site. There will be security, police, auxiliary and staff monitoring the event.

What if there is inclement weather?

We carefully monitor the weather leading up to each event. Cancellation announcements will be posted on this webpage, as well as on all social media outlets.

Where can I park?

Parking is available in designated lots surrounding the event venue. Please look for public parking signs directing you to the nearest parking areas. Additionally, free public parking is available on various streets throughout the town.
